As part of its commitment to enhancing Israel's trade connections with the Indian diamond industry, the Israel Diamond Institute (IDI) is bringing 16 Israeli companies to exhibit at the upcoming IIJS Signature Show in Mumbai, India. The show, scheduled for January 6-9, 2012, marks the first major trade show on the IDI's 2012 diamond calendar and, as such, is considered an important indicator of how the diamond market will fare during the year. "India is a key market for the global diamond industry and for Israel especially. Our business ties with Indian companies have deepened, and our experience at previous shows there has been quite good. We are optimistic that the show will be a positive opening note to another good year for the Israeli Diamond Industry," says IDI Chairman Moti Ganz. The IDI's Israel Diamond Pavilion will be located in Hall #5 and will include the following companies, some of whom will be exhibiting in India for the first time: A S Diamonds, AG Diamond Direct, Avi Paz Group, Eyal Mizrahi, Hausman Diamond Manufacturers, Iris Shirtal Diamonds, Julius Klein - Eliaz Diamonds, Leo Schachter Diamonds, MID Diamonds, Moshe Levy Diamonds, Moti Kashi, Ofer Mizrahi Diamonds, S. Juwal & Co, Sahar Atid, Shlomo Bichachi Diamonds and Vision Diamonds. IDI says it will have an image booth in the pavilion to provide information about the Israeli industry and to register buyers for the Israeli Diamond Portal site. |
