| This week it was revealed that the European Union (EU) signed a contract with the Chairman of the 2010 Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS) Review Mission to Zimbabwe stipulating that moneys would be paid personally to the Chairman subject to the delivery of a Review Mission report that meets the approval of the EU.
