Alrosa shareholders voted to elect a new supervisory board during the miner's Annual General Meeting of shareholders in Mirny, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on June 30. The following compose the newly elected board: Fyodor Andreev - President of Alrosa; Sergey Barsukov - Director, Financial Policy Department, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation; Pavel Borodin - Vice President, VimpelCom (independent director); Natalia Guryeva - Deputy Head, Administration of the Municipal District Verkhnevilyuisky Ulus (District) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (independent director); Ivan Demyanov - Vice President of Alrosa; Valery Dzyubenko - Deputy General Director, State Unitary Enterprise Committee for Precious Metals and Gem Stones of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (independent director); Sergey Dubinin - Chairman of the Supervisory Council, VTB Bank (independent director); Viktor Yefimov - General Director, Republican Investment Company; Dmitry Zakharov - General Director, LLC RIK-Finans (independent director); Sergey Mestnikov - First Deputy Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Denis Morozov - representative of the Russian Federation in the Board of Directors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; Nina Osipova - Deputy Finance Minister of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Anatoly Tikhonov - First Deputy Chairman of the State Corporation ‘The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)'; Yakov Urinson - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, Rusnano; Ilya Yuzhanov - Member of the Supervisory Board of Nomos-Bank.
