|Pure Grown Diamonds (PGD), the main United States marketing arm to the retail sector of IIa Technologies in Singapore (the world's largest gem quality lab grown diamond producer), has announced the addition of two new members to its management team. Kelly Good, former Director of Brand Management at Scott Kay, will take on the role of Director of Marketing, and Debbie Hiss, a consultant to various companies, including the American Gem Society and Gemfields, takes on the role of Director of Training.

Good has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management with luxury and fine jewelry companies. Recently, she was the Director of Brand Management at Scott Kay, where she drove the major re-launch of Scott Kay brand as well as increased the Scott Kay brand awareness by implementing a 360 degree marketing strategy that included the launch of a new advertising campaign (print, digital and social), new POS materials, public relations, events, training programs and promotions. She previously was the Global Brand Manager at high-end eyewear company Safio USA, where she developed product, brand and marketing for several luxury designer brands. Prior to that, Good was the Vice President of Marketing at Movado.
Hiss has over 35 years' experience in developing and delivering training programs, negotiating and planning training events, and writing informative articles for product education. She is joining the Pure Grown Diamonds brand after running a successful consultant business consisting of many companies and organizations, including the American Gem Society and Gemfields. She has held the position of Director of Sales Training at Lazare Kaplan International and was a global trainer for Hearts On Fire. Additionally, she consulted with Forevermark-part of the De Beers group of companies-as a training specialist.
